Pro Sessions is an independent educational provider. Training is conducted by the operator listed in the site footer. We are not an official software representative but a high-fidelity training lab.

Course Access

Access to sessions is granted upon confirmation of enrollment. Materials provided during training are for personal professional use and cannot be reproduced without explicit written consent.

Cancellation

We understand the dynamic nature of IT workflows. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the start time. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific session requirements.
